Dear Sir:
We have the following responses to the above referenced IE Bulletin:
1.
The circuitry of the diesel generators purchased for Seabrook Station has been examined and it has been determined that no connection exists between the primary windings at the excitation power transformer and the neutral of the generator.
2.
Each diesel generator will be tested for 22 hours2.546296e-4 days <br />0.00611 hours <br />3.637566e-5 weeks <br />8.371e-6 months <br /> at the full load rating and 2 hours2.314815e-5 days <br />5.555556e-4 hours <br />3.306878e-6 weeks <br />7.61e-7 months <br /> at the short time rating as part of the preoperational testing program in order to meet the requirements of Regulatory Guide 1.108.
