Dear Mr. Hendrie:
I enclose for your reference, a copy of a letter sent to the Commission by Mr. Lanny Sinkin, of San Antonio, requesting that a Document Room be established at San Antonio for the use of persons interested in the South Texas Nuclear Project.
San Antonio is a 28% investor in this project and there is substantial citizen interest in it.
It would seem reasonable therefore for a Document Room to be located in San Antonio so that citizens may have ready access to the documents which otherwise would be available only at locations in excess of 150 miles distance from San Antonio.
I would appreciate any steps that you can take to cause a Document Room to be established in San Antonio in order that persons wishing to review them may have reasonable access to relevant information about the South Texas Nuclear Project.
