Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
This letter transmits our formal report concerning the inadvertent omission of shear tie reinforcing steel from the 32nd 11D of the Comanche Peak, Unit No. 2 Reactor Containment Building (RCB) exterior wall just below the springline. This report responds to the actions contained in your letter of September 7,1979 summarizing our telephone conversation of that date with Mr. W.C. Siedle of your office.
Based on our review of the matter as summarized in the attached report, we plan to resume concrete placement on the Unit No. 2 Reactor Containment Building Exterior Wall and Dome on September 18,1979.
