This refers to the audit conducted by Mr. R. E. Oller of thin office on August 28, 1979, covering selected activities associated with your naafnistra-tion of the ASME Code Inspection System.
The creas audited and our findings are disettsned in the enclosed audit report.
The audit consisted of an examination of proccduren and representative records, interviews with the Authori=ed Nuclear Inspector and observations by the NRC representative.
This audit was conducted concurrently with our inspection of Colt Industries, Trent Tube Division of Crucibic, Inc., facility at Caarollton, Georgia.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the Commission'n " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulationey a copy of this letter together with the enclosed report, will be placed in the Commission's Public Document Room located at 1717 H. Street, Washington, D. C.
If this report contains any information that you believe to be proprietary, it is necessary that you make a written application within thirty (30) dayn to this office to withhold such information from public disclosure.
