The amendment censists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated February 3,1977, as supplenented by your letter of Pay 24, 1977, and GPU Service Corporation letter dated July 21, 1977. As dis-cussed with your staff, modifications have been made to your proposed changes to meet regulatory requirements.
This amendment author..:es modification of Spent Fuel Pool "B" at TMI, increasing its capacity from 174 fuel assenblies to 495 fuel assenolies, and revises the Technical Specifications appropriately.,
