office on riarch 26-29 and April 2-4, 8-12 and 15-19,1974 at the
Three Mile Island 1 Plant, IIiddletoun, Pa. of activitics authorized
by AEC Liccase ilos. CPPR-40 and D?R-50 and to the discuccions of
our findings ucid by Iir. Spessard with Mr. Herbein and lir. Miller of
your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
