authorized by A!:C License No. CPPR-40 and to the discussions of

our finding held by !!r. Meyer with Mr. Herbein and other members of

your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the Regulatory

Operations Inspection Report which in enclosed with this letter.

Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selectiva examinations

of procedurcs and representative records, interviews with personnel,

and observations by the in:pector.

Within the scope of this innpcetion, no violations or safety items vero

obscr?od.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice",

Part 2, Titic 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this

letter and the enclosed inspection report vill be placed in the

AEC's Public Document Room. If this report contains any information

necessary that you make a written application within 20 days to
