We have reviewed the subject report and foniarding reemo and orovide the following connents regarding the requested action:
Iten 1.
We would look ridiculous asking DL to require a licensee to upgrade his QA program submittal to reference a reculatory quide which the licensee is, in practice, implementing; especially when a relatively minor issue is involved.
Item 2.
We have discussed the matter with the appropraite DL personnel (Bernero and Jaffe). DL anticipates that their review will be completed within the next several runths. At t.1at time the 3MI technical specifications will be revised by DL, as appropriate.
