- 2) The fixed-fee payable to the contractor for tne performance of tnis work under the contract is $4,315.00.
Article X - GENERAL PROVISIONS / ALTERATIONS is hereby modified as follows:
Appendix A, General Provisions Fixed Price Research and Development Contrxt, 2/15/78, is attached hereto and made a part hereof, applicable to the firm fixed price Modification No. 6.
