This is in response to your letter of June 21, 1979 which transmitted 70.32(c) changes involving the establishment of a Safeguards Management Review Conrlittee. We have determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your safeguards program and are in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c)(1). Accordingly, the Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-1 to License f;o. SIC 1-696 is bereby revised, effective immediately, as shown in thc enclosure.
We have determined that the attachment to your letter dated June 21. 1979 contains infonnation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial 3r financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
