This refers to my letter dated August 7,1979, which notified you that reactor fuel may not be received at the Zimmer site until the NRC staff has verified by letter to you that certain specified actions have been completed.
Based on the information provided in your August 14, 1979 letter and on information obtained by NRC personnel during a visit to the Zimmer site on August 14, 1979. we have verified that the actions specified in our August 7,1979 letter have been completed.
Accordingly, you may now receive reactor fuel at the Zimmer site in accordance with the conditions of NRC Materials License No. SNM-1823. We have noted that the main access portal of the fuel storage area is at the southeast corner rather than at the southwest corner of the area as we stated in the proprietary supplement to our letter dated August 7,1979.
