TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF VIEWS ON ANTITRUST PATTERS Southern California Edison Company, pursuant to Section 103 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, has filed information requested by the Attorney General for Antitrust Review as required by 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix L.

This information concerns two proposed additional ownership participants, the City of Riverside and the City of Anaheim, for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3.

The current holders of the construction permits are Southern f.slifornia Edison Company and Sar. Diego Gas and Electric Company.

The information was filed in ccnnection with the application by Southern California Edison Company and San Diego Gas and Electric Company for construc-tion permits and operating licenses for two pressurized water react ars. Co n-struction was authorizea on OctoLer 18, 1973 at the San Onofre site located in San Diego County, California.

The original application was dated May 28,19/0, and the Notice of Receipt of Application for Construction Pennits and Facility Licenses and Availability of Applicant's Environmental Report; Time for Submission of Views on Antitrust Matters was published in the Federal Register on F2bruary 20, 1971 (36 F.R. 3278).

The Notice of Receipt of Application for Facility Operating Licenses; Notice of Availability of Environmental Report; and the Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Facility Operating Licenses and Notice of Op,.ortunity for Hearing was published in the Federal Register on April 7,197 7 (42 F.R.18460). Subsequently, the Notice of Hearing was published in the Federal Register on October 26, 1977 (42 F.R. 57575).
