Dear Sir:
Subj ect: Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Deletion of Topics from SEP Review By letter dated April 16, 1979 the NRC transmitted to Jersey Central Power 6 Light Company (JCPSL) a list of SEP topics being deleted since the topics are reviewed as generic issues or they are not applicable to the plant design.
The Commission requested that JCPSL review the list and provide comments. lists additional topics which we believe should be deleted from SEP review for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. lists topics which could be resolved easily and urge the Commission to do so. lists topics already closed out or the topics for which we have already supplied requested information to the Commission.
Very truly yours, d#
