responsi:,ilities are as follows:
1.
Determine details of analysis request 2.
Prepare sample tag 3.
Establish tentative priority 4.
Assess work load of labs (B&W, Unit I, and Unit 2) and counting facilities (B&W, Met-Ed, SAI and RMC) 5.
Determine final priority and schedule (resolve conflicts with sample requestor) 6.
Directs execution of analysis 7.
Receives / reports results of sample coordinator Those persons requesting samples should contact the coordinator and provide the following information:
1.
Sample required 2.
Type of sample (air, liquid, gas, etc.)
3.
Analysis requested 4.
Requestors, name and phone (ext.) number 5.
To whom and phone number where the resuit.s should be called or sent to.
6.
The priorit the requestor places on the semple within his own organization It is requested that each organization or group establish a contact person or position (such as Shift Supervisor) who will con ^,act the sample coordin-ator. This is especially needed by the coordinator so that he or she can effectively evaluate priorities.
If everyone calls in sample requests the coordinator has trouble sorting out who speaks for whom in establishina priorities. We would appreciate your contacting the coordinator with the name of or names of of your spokesman Sho will be requesting samples.
