Description of defect, deficiency, or failure to comply:
The lower jam nuts and bearing lock washers were determined to be missing from all four support tube assemblies of the pressurizer.
The lower ja.n nuts and bearing lock washers prevent movewnt (unthreading) of the spherical nuts.
The lower spherical nuts are threaded on the support tune assemblies and support the pressurizer ring girde.
Loosening of the lower spherical nuts may result in g
Icuering of the pressurizer and C&Jse possible damage.
