Dear Mr. Hendrie:
I live in the ino:ediate area of the Hartsville Nuclear Plant (world's largest) now under construct;on. I would like information on the NRC's safety requiremer'; which relate to residents in the immediate area. I specifically want to know the policy about evacuation of the area, requirements of road conditions in the immediate area (one to four miles), alert plan, etc.
