T.ppPiDIX B NOTICE 0F DEVIATION Based upon the results of the !!P.C irspection conducted on October 20,19E0, certain of your activitics appeared to deviate from commitments rade to the Commission as indicated below:
A.
IE Pulletin 79-19 datcd Aunust 10, 1979 stated that licensees should take certain actions to assure that low-level radioactive waste will be transferred, packened, and transported in a safe manner.
It also lists documents which should be procured by each licensee who generates 1cw-level radioactive wastes.
Pacific Radiopharmacy Ltd. answered Bulletin 79-19 in a letter dated September 20, 1979.

Itan 1, of the letter dated Sectember 20, 1979, stated that the Ceuartment of Transoortation (DOT) regulations contained in 29 CFR 100-199 were ordered.
Contrary to the above commitment, there was no copy of 49 CFR availab: ' at tre time of the inspection.
