Inspection on June 11-14,1979 (99900366/79-01).
Areas Inspected:
Implementation of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B criteria, and applicable codes and standards, including organization; quality assurance program; change control; and manufacturing process control.
The initial management meeting was also conducted.
The inspection involved twenty-six (26) inspector-heurs on site.
Results:
In the four (4) areas inspected, no deviations or unresolved items were identified in three (3) areas. The following deviations and unresolved item were identified in the remaining area:
Deviations: Change Control-Practices were not consistent with 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, and the Quality Control Procedures Manual commitments (Notice of Deviation, Items A. and B.)

,y gn 280 3 d Unresolved Item: Change Control-The inspector was unable to determine that distribution of Change Notices and retrieval of obsolete drawings by Quality Control had been conducted in accordance with established procedures (Details Section, paragraph E.3.b.).
