Dear Mr. Meiss:
This confirms our conversation today regarding the allegations of PG&E's improper transfer of documents to warehouse storage. As part of the Staff's investigation of this matter as directed by the Licensing Board at the last conference with counsel (May 15-17, 1979), the Staff has re-quested, and PG&E has agreed to produce, the documents listed on the attachment to this letter. As agreed, a copy of these documents (in boxes appropriately identified) will be sent to the Staff's offices in Bethesda, Maryland pursuant to our arrangements for receipt of " green-dotted" documents. We understand that a copy of the documents also will be made available for microfilming by DWR for itself and the other inter-venors. As I stated, in our canversation today, the Staff will review these documents as soon after' receipt as possible and then discuss with you arrangements for appropriate depositions.
As you know, on several occasions the Staff has requested various infor-mation from PG&E relevant to its investigation of the warehouse documents.
We wish to thank PG&E for its cooperation in each instance.
