SITE M SIT TO SEQUOYAH This confirms the discussions with your staff on a requested visit :: Saquoyan for November 14, 1979, starting at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of the visi: is to assist Dr. Lowell GreU.lan of Ames Laboratory in his review and assessr.ent of ultimate strength of steel ice-condenser containments.
He is assisting the Structural Engineering Branch in this overall endeavor.
At the ree:ir.g a set of full-size structural drawings of the containment vessels for Sec.ucyah and as-built proprties of the vessels (actual steel properties, including yield and ultimate strength, etc.) should be available for review.
Attendees for the meeting will be Dr. Greiman and Mr. Fancus from :ne '.araratory, and Dr. Sai Chan from our staff.
