In our letter of.0ctober 26, 1979, we enclosed 40 copies of a non-proprietary version of Additional Information Required for Trn in to Justify Use of Improved Thermal Design Procedure. These cop.
ve the proprietary information blocked out and, as far as we are conurned, are suitable for unrestricted distribution.
However, each page has the heading " Westinghouse Proprietary" and, according to Mr. Trammell of your staff, this heading makes it difficult for the NRC to distribute the copies.
Therefore, enclosed are 40 additional copies of the non-proprietary transmittal with the heading deleted.
Please destroy the nonproprietary portion of the transmittal sent to you with our October 26 letter and replace it with the enclosure to this letter.
