The refund is being made because the fiuclear Reactor Regulation (71RR) staff has advised us that your April 17 appli-cation was withdrawn by your letter dated August 21, 1979, and no l1RR review was star +.ed on it.
The refund is being processed by the Office of the Controller and will be sent to your Company as soon as possible.
