Dear Mr. Moran:
This is in response to your letter dated August 21, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all records relating to repair work that was performed at the R. E. Ginna nuclear facility commencing early in December,1973 and ending in February, 1974.
Documents 1 through 7 of Appendix A are enclosed.
Documents 8 through 17 of Appendix A have already been made publicly available at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, DC and at the Local Public Document Room (LPDR) located at the Rochester Public Library, Business and Social Science Division,115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY.
Copies of documents 1 through 7 will also be placed in the PDR and LPDR.
The purpose of the LPDR is to provide a local source of access to publicly available records relating to the R. E. Ginna facility.
The documents subject to your request should be located in the " Inspection" and "Cor-respondence" files at the LPDR. All records in the LPDR are available for public inspection and copying.
