NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 AND ISFSI SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 AND ISFSI LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST TO ADOPT EMERGENCY ACTION LEVEL (EAL) SCHEMES PURSUANT TO NEI 99-01, REV. 6 RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION By letter dated January 4, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML19011A237), Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DENG) and Virginia Electric and Power Company submitted a request for a change to the emergency action level schemes for Millstone Power Station (MPS) - Units 2 and 3, North Anna Power Station (NAPS) - Units 1 and 2, and Surry Power Station (SPS) - Units 1 and 2.

The NRC staff has reviewed the submittal and determined that additional information is needed to complete their review. In an email from Ed Miller (NRC) to Craig Sly (Dominion Energy) dated June 18, 2019, the NRC provided specific requests for additional information (RAls) to support their review of the change to the MPS, NAPS and SPS EAL schemes.

A draft version of these RAls (ADAMS Accession No. ML19162A005) was discussed with Mr. Ed Miller and other NRG staff during an RAI clarification call that was held on June 13, 2019. A date of July 30, 2019 was originally agreed upon for submittal of the response to the EAL Scheme Change RAls. However, an extension to August 29, 2019 was subsequently agreed upon between the NRG and Dominion Energy. A- x. £-J.£5 fVµ/~S7-~
