This letter refers to my telephone conversation of August 2, 1979, with Mr. J. R. Calhoun, Director, regarding Emergency Planning at the Browns Ferry facility.
As a result of these discussions I requested that a meeting be held at 1:00 P.M. on August 23, 1979 in TVA's corporate office with members of my staff. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Emergency Planning and Implementing Procedures.
