Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducica ic; T. I'. kuette of this office on
June 25-27, 1979, cf activities authorized by NRC Constraction Permit No. CPPR-94
for the V. C. Summer Nuclear Station, and to the discussion of our findings eld
with J. F. Algar at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
perconnel, and observation:, by the inspectors.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of aoncompliance were disclosed.
We have examined actions you have taken with regard to previousl3 reported
