I want to acknowledge receipt of the, " Resolution Recoc:=ending and Supporting more Effective Accident Prevention and Safety Procedures for Nu". ear Power Plants," which you sent to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission here in the Region I Office in King of Prussia, PA.

The resolution is stated to have been adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Brick at a mee ting on June 11, 1979, and was received here in the Region I Office on June 15, 1979.

I am sending the resolution to the Office af Inspection and Enforcement Head-quarters in Bethesda, Maryland for appropriate consideration and action.

I am also sending a copy of the resolution to Mr. Chase R. Stevens, Chief, Docketing and Service Branch, Office of the Secretary, so that it =ay be included in the docket files for Oyster Creek and Forked River, f
