We are in the process of reviewing our projected work load in order to more efficiently utilize our limited resources.
As you know, until seismic issues are closer to resolution, we have mutually agreed to defer review of other safety issues that are not pertinent to the Humboldt Bay plant while it is shutdown.
We presently have no licensing activities which were initiated by you under active review.
If there are items which you have requested which you believe should be under active review, however, please bring them to our attention within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
You may contact ~your DDR project manager if there are questions.
