APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Georgia Power Company License Nos. DPR-57 Ilatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 NPF-5 Based on the NRC inspection June 4-5, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. There items have teen categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Technical Specification 6.8.1, written procedures shall be established and implemented.
Section 3.a of IINP-200 requires the performance of operators to be evaluated by oral examination at least annually by operating supervision to include actions taken during abnormal or emergency conditions.
Contrary to the above, IINP-200 was not implemented for the annual period ending in December lf,78 in that of six (6) operators selected for review, three (3) had evaluations which were not conducted during actual or simulated emergency or abnormal conditions and one of those three (3) was not conducted by operating supervision.
This is a Deficiency.
