The Commission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund the Class II and Class I amendment fees totalling $1,600 for Zion Unit Nos. 1 and 2 which viere sent with your application dated March 14, 1979.
The Com.nission has determined that a waiver of the license amendment fees for these Tech-nical Specifications changes relating to fire protection is appropriate.
The refund is now being processed by the Controller's office and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
