STAFF VIENS OF TECM4ICAL AREAS OF C?tCER'l TO BE C0:ITAINED IN COMMISSION'S FURTHER ORDER I:! THE THREE MILE ISLA:1D U'ilT 1 SUSPENSION On July 2,1979, the Comission ordered that the Three Aile Island Unit I reactor remain in cold shutdown condition until further order of the Con-mission itself. The Order also orovided that the Comission would issue a further order within thir ty Jc;'s specifying in detail the bases for its con-cerns, and the crocedures to govern the hearino which the Comission directed be held prior to restart of the facility.
'iRR was asked to orovide a listing of the areas of technical cuncern to be resolved in connection with any re-start of Three "ile Island Unit 1.
The Office of the Executive Legal Director has already provided the Comission with a draft of the procedural portions of the Comission's further order.
