Selby of my staff, it is our intent to maintain the licensed holdings of plutonium to lest than 200 grams.
This should qualify us under License Fee Schedule 1G," Licenses for possession and use of 350 g but less than 5 kg of contained uranium 235 in unnealed form, or 200 g but less than 2 kg of uranium 233 in unsealed forn."
The license condition for Battelle holdings should read "The maximum quantity of license materials which will be in inventcry under the control of Battelle-Northwest at anv one time will be less than one ef fective kg a s defined in subparagraph
- 70. 4 (t) o'2 10 CFR Part 70, of ur:inium 233, nranium 235 and plutonium except that the quantity of plu:.anium shall be no greater than 200 g."
A check for $11,100, the renewal fee for Category 1G is enclosed.
