This is in response to your letter dated June 5,1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of the operating license and indemnification agreements relating to the Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station.
Copies of the requested records are enclosed.
In your letter, you agreed to bear the costs of reproducing these records.
The charge for reproduction is $0.10 per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b). Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 459 pages is $45.90.
