NRC STAFF RESPONSE IN SUPPORT OF APPLICANTS' MOTION TO TAKE OFFICIAL NOTICE OF CERTAIN STATE STATUTES AND COURT DECISIONS OF NEW HAf'PSHIRE, CONNECTICUT, VERMONT, AND RHODE ISLAND Pursuant to 10 CFR 52.743(i), the Applicants in this proceeding moved the Board to take of ficial notice of certain statutes of the States of New Hamp-shire, Connecticut, Vermont and Rhode Island.
The Staff does not oppose the Board taking official notice of the cited statutes.
