This is in reply to your letter dated July 2,1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all documents prepared by the NRC Sta ff and/or its consultants relative to the question of alternatives to the proposal by the Duke Power Ccmpany to transship spent fuel from their Oconee plant to their McGuire plant.
