This refers to the inspection conducted June 14-15, 1979, by Mr. J. P. Patterson of this office of retivities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-1174 and Title 10 C/R, Part 70, and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. J. L. Kegin and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
This inspection was an examination of your program for safegzarding special nuclear material under the provisions of Amendment No. MPP-3 to your 1..:ense and Title 10 CFR Part 70. Within these areas the inspection consisted of a selective exar '. nation of procedures and representative records and interviews with plant personnel.
No items of noncompliance witb NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
Areas examined during the inspecticn concern a subject matter which is exempt from disclosure according to Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regt lation a.
Consequently, our report of this inspection will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
