20555 June 25, 1979 IE Bulletin No. 79-13 CRACKING IN FLEDWATER SYSTEM PIPING Description of Circunstances:
Indiana and Michigan Power Company notified the NRC of On May 20, 1979, their D. C. Cook Unit 2 facility. The cracking in two feedwater lines at cracking was discovered f ollowing a shutdown on May 19 to investigate leak age identified in the inside containment.
