Gentlemen:

Thank you for your letter dated May 17, 1979, providing us with

additional information concerning the apparent noncompliance identi-

fied in our letter dated April 18, 1979.

Our inspector observed the

inservice inspection activities performed by CONAM and reviewed the

data and records related to these activities.

However, since our

inspector was unable to observe the X-Rite Model 301 densitometer,

S/N 2699, in use and it could not be established from existing

recorus J.o .

instrument was used, we have concluded the matter

does not now appear to involve nor. compliance and we will revise our

records accordingly. We will examine this matter further during a

future inspection.
