WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY DOCKET NO. 5G-129 AMENDMENT TO FACILITY LICENSE Amendment No. 7 License No. R-58 1.
The Nuclear Regulatory Ccemission (the Commission) has found that:
A.
The application for amendment by West Virginia University (the licensee) dated May 30, 1979, complies with the standards and requirenents of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act) and the Cocnission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
There is reasonable assurance: (i) that the activities authorized by' this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with tf.e rules and regulations of the Con 1ission; C.
The issuance of this amendment w'll not be inimical to the comon at 'ense and security or to the health and safety of the public; D.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Comission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied; and E-Puolicatica of notice of tnis amendment is not required since it does not involve a significant hazards consideration nor amend.:ent of a license of the type described in 10 CFR Section 2.106(ai(2).

Accordingly, paragraph 2.F. of Amended Facility License No. R-58 is nereby amended to read as folicws:
F.
This amended facili / license is effective as cf the date of issuance and shall expire at midnight, June 19, 1930.

This license amendment is effective as of the date of its issuance.
