This refers to the QA progra:s inspection conducted by D. G. Anderson of this office on May 7-11, 1979, of your facility at Houston, Texas and to the discussiors of our findings with Mr. E. H. Bocke and me=bers of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas exmained during the QA progra:s inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of an emination of procedure 4 and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, we found no instance where you failed to meet the c u t=ents of your Topical Report No. B&W-002A.
In accordance with Section 2'.790 of the Co=sission's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter toge:ter with the enclosed inspection report will be r) laced in the Co=nission's Public Document Roca.
If this report contains any Anformation that you leu. eve to be proprietary, it is necessary that you make a written application within ;hirty (30) days to this office to withhold such information frcs public disclosure.
