hemby submits the latest revision of the Fundc. ental Nuclear "aterial Control Plan (F'G:C) for the fuel fabricaticn plant in ',ilmington, North Carolina.
Also included are the accccpanying revisions to index p iges (i.e., Table of Contents, List of Figures, List of Tables and List of Effective Dates).
Pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32(c), v.e have determined that all of the changes, except that in Section 7.0 cn page C-15, do not decrease the ef fectiveness of the ES:C Plan and, therefore, Cctrmission appro"al is not required prior to these changes laing made.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.31, enclosed is a Ceneral Electric check for S3,500 for p'rcessing of the requested change in Section C-7.0 cn page C-15 of the EG:C Plan.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), General Electric requests that this informaticn te withheld firm public disclosure as this material identifies Ceneral Electric precedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
