COALITION FOR SAFE POWER TO RESPOND TO SECOND SET OF STAFF INTERROGATORIES On Liay 15, 1979, the NRC Staff (Staff) filed a series of interrogatorias directed to the Coalition for Safe Power (CFSP) in the captioned proceeding. This second set of Staff interrogatories to CFSP with regard to Phase II cf this proceeding was served by deposit in the United States mail on the above date. Accordingly, under 10 CFR 55 2.740b and 2.710, responses to these interrogatories were due on June 4,1979.
As of June 14, 1979, 10 days after responses were to be filed, the Staff had not yet received responses to those interrogatories. Since responses to the Staff's interroga-taries were not filed within the prescribed time period, the Staff respectfully requests, pursuant to 10 CFR s 2.740(f), that the Licensing Board issue an order compelling the Coalition for Safe Power to provide promptly, in writing and under oath, full, direct and responsive answers to the Staff's second set of interrogatories in Phase II, dated hiay 15,1979.
