Conditions License Number "Si! IU4 Condition 1 - L censee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster te copies, in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper s Export Deciaration coverir.g each export and mark one of such copies foi transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-latory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following declarction should oc-company or be placed on the Shipper s Export Declarations for such exports:
