This letter is to update infomation concerning admittance of an additional NRC inspector to your f acilities, and is in addition to our letter of May 18, 1979.
The enclosure indicates an NRC Region II individual for whom a permanent noneoployee, no escort required picture badge as authorized by 10 CFR 73.55(d)(5) is requested.
We request that a site orientation relevant to the issuance of badges, escort duties and emergency evacuation be afforded those personnel listed in Enclosure 1 if such training has not previously been provided. The enclosure to this letter is effective upon receipt and will be routinely updated.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be happy to discuss them with you.
