Dear fir. Warembourg:
Your letter of June 11,1979 (P-79126) requests an extension of the temporary relief from LC0 4.3.10 as specified in our latter of f4ay 25,1979 until June 15, 1979. The reasons given were inability to schedule the operator tests as originally planned and delays experienced in receiving replacement parts for your snubbers.
We feel that an extension of the temporary relief from LC0 4.3.10 until June 15,1979 is acceptable for the reasons enumerated in our letter of I4ay 25, 1979.
