Proposed Orders to Shut Down Rancho Seco Nuclear _ Generating Station (Sacramento Municioal Utility Distric*, Docket No. 50-312),
and Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 (Duke Power Ccmcany, Docxet Nos. 50-269, 50-270, and 50-287)
The Commissien, by a vote of 5-0, approvad the sucject orders, which confirm agreements reached between the NRC staff and the respective licensees on actions necessary to provide added reliability to the reactor systems M respond safely to the feedwater transients.
The Orders would beccme effective on issuance for an indefinite period until the actions described in the Order have been satisfactorily completed *.
