acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority (Santee Cooper), is notifying the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that there are no changes to the Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD) to report at this time.
SCE&G has submitted three revisions of the QAPD to the NRC since the last submittal required by 10 CFR 71.106(b) dated August 30, 2017 (ML17244A292). The revisions are listed below.
- 1. QAPD, Revision 5 Submittal dated March 30, 2018 (ML18095A053)
- 2. QAPD, Revision 6 Submittal dated May 6, 2019 (ML19133A095)
- 3. QAPD, Revision 7 Submittal dated July 8, 2019 (ML19193A157)

Williams - NRC Project Manager NRC Resident Inspector In a letter dated July 30, 2019, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) requested a License Amendment to amend the VC Summer Operating License to reflect ttie name change from SCE&G to Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC). The amendment request is currently under review by the NRC.
