Grand Gulf Nuclear Station File 0272/0260/L-860/5890 Transmittal of Security Training and Qualification Plan AECM-79/94 Mississippi Power 6 Light Company, for itself and on behalf of Middle South Energy, Inc., herewith files, in support of the Application for Licenses for the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, dated June 30, 1978, and in acccrdance with 10 CFR Part 2.101 (2), the Security Training and Qualification Plan for security personnel retained for the protection of Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2.
The Security Training and Qualific stion Plan establishes procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station and, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 (d) (1) and 10 CFR 9.5, should be considered privileged and confidential and should be withheld from public disclosure.
Five (5) copies of the proprietary Security Training and Qualification Plan are enclosed in a separate envelope marked
" Proprietary".
