This is in response to ycur letter of June 4,1979 wnich requestec a reanalysis of the r.ecessity of License Conditions 4.3 anc 2.5 of Materials and Planc 'rotection Amendment M?P-3 to Special Nuclear aterial License
- o. SNM-33 and an extension in time for requesting a hearing on those
- cndi tio ns.
Ecth of those requests are hereby granted.
We have initiated a study into the necessity of these conditions based on new cata provided to us.
After our evaluation of the data, we will inform you as to our conclusions and a date by which you must request a hearing if ycu still choose to do so. License Conditions 4.3 and 4.5 of MPP-3, or tneir modifications, will be effective on the established end date for requesting a hearing if you do rot infom us by tnat time as to your intentions.
In the interim you shall, as required by Lic tnse Condition 2.1 cf Amendment MPP-3, folicw the revised Measurement Contrui Pian submitted with ycur letter dated February 16, 1979.
