SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONCRETE IN THE 70GTLE FACILITY In response to your letter of May 11, 1979 to Mr. Roger Boyd, we have determined that your clarification for the use of pozzolan concrete mixes for Category I structures is accr.? table. These specifications meet the require-ments for ANSI N45.2.5 as mcuified for 91-day strength and also meet the applicable requirements of ACI 349 and ACI 359 codes. We request that you amend the PSAR to show this clarification as augmented by the Regulatory Guides 1.136 and 1.142 respectively.
